Are We Closer To The 10 Year Plan To End Homelessness Starting?

If you are homeless, then chances are you may not need to look into real estate...but those you know just may!
Today marks the first day of 2008. I've been monitoring some other cities that are trying to 'deal' with their 'homeless issues', and the one thing I keep seeing is really ironic.

Leaders say one thing, but when the people they choose to 'head up' matters don't deliver...well, you get my drift.

I wish I could say Jacksonville is closer to resolving matters of thousands of people sleeping outdoors, but it's not. Granted, a handful of beds here or there may be in the works but it's not dealing with the problem everyone says is there one moment...but claims isn't a problem the next.

Crisis management doesn't handle long term management. Shots in the arm don't keep people from cycling through. There's a lot I'd like to say here...but if I did...

...would I get 'dropped' if I didn't show my gratuity?

I wonder where the yellow went. Does anyone have a copy of the 10 Year Plan that shows a starting date? I got some cans I can turn in to put money on sides.
