Over the last number of years I've seen people in varying degrees of unsheltered living, in differing forms of dress and attire. Some coming in to this culture carry their belongings on their back, while some appear in Cadillacs with trunks filled better than an online clothing store display suitable for The Sims.
They still have to wash them though. That's the common denominator.
