Although Silly String has been allegedly prepared to be shipped to the Middle East for tripwire detection, expect lawsuits from terrorists for their lives being endangered by being put in contact or proximity to it. I'd say something about Blackwater, but I if the FBI can't trust them for protection while investigating them...figure it out.
