One of the most difficult barriers bloggers have when going 'Pro' and getting their own domain is having to choose a Content Management System (CMS). Most host sites offer Joomla and Mambo, but from personal experience it's nothing I could possibly recommend to any of my readers.
- I've had to concentrate too much off of content for the sake of site operations myself.
Until I find out about BoxesOS, I was only familiar with the open source community offerings like Joomla, Mambo, and Drupal. All great and free, but you get what you pay for. Bloggers and content writers I know can't take the time to teach themselves the innerworkings and codings of new software platforms, especially when it involves crossing over into knowing PHP or SQL.
Some of the key points that BoxesOS handles for the site owner in the background are pretty lengthy to go into here, and much more than whatever their accustomed to through 'Pagepress'.
If you're serious about going to the next level, be serious enough to take a 30 day free ride. You'll be able to make a better decision after seeing firsthand what it can do.
