What Service Providers Could Learn From Me

6/12/07 6:05 pm
If you can provide a service @ the drop of a hat with little or no cost that causes immediate interaction on the part of a client @ first contact, the sale is closed.

A man taught me a few things two decades ago. How to play chess, how to sell, and how to walk away from someone trying to sell me to sell by playing chess.

"The Five 'P's of Salesmanship" are Promotion, Personalisation, Placement, Pitch, and Packaging, in that order...balls to the wall on each step, concentrating on it and not looking back to the prior step in the path of closing.
