When we first got our apartment, we immediately went with a cable/phone/internet provider since it was the cheapest means to keep costs down. Between the internet and cable bill average we used to run, the phone (local and long distance) is basically free compared to what we used to pay.
Ended up checking around and found a place that's got home theater seating. Most of our stuff is mismatched; not that I'm griping; but over the next few years we're looking to invest in furnishings for our home we plan on buying in the next three years.
Part of looking online was due to being sick of salesmen, cheap fiberboard furniture the local places all seem to push, and the places having what I was looking for in seating durable to last decades being 'rent to buy'.
