Furthering the need to clarify Military Intelligence, information came out this last week of bunches of rifles and handguns that can't be accounted for in Iraq.The report gives typical blameshift speak, but what it comes down to is something very simple to fix:
- You hand a gun out, you make someone sign for THAT gun!
