Rubik's Cube: How To Identify Geeks To Keep

Decades ago while a young sophomore, there was a book that was put out that honestly taught a person how to solve a Rubik's Cube in a minute. It was this knowledge that caused me to do a prior entry when picking up on another blogger.

If CEOs are expecting people to handle their duties as Directors or Case Managers for homeless services provided to their agencies clients, they need to put them to a simple test if they can follow instructions.

Give them the book and a Rubik's Cube. Give them one week. They get the job if they can do the puzzle in five minutes without looking in the book. They can't, they're gone.

Oh, and five minutes is liberal. There's 42 people on record that have solved it WITHOUT site using this specially designed Cube!
...and now you know why some people love to hate me, and others hate to love me.
